The Palms Villa is a unique property. The villa is situated on one acre of beautiful tropical landscape and 250 feet of Caribbean beach front. Entrance

• From the beach road there are two separate driveways all with sliding gates in the back of the villa.

Swimming Pool

• The lazy river swimming pool has a swim up bar. There are 2 swimming areas with stairs located at each end of the 150 foot long lazy river pool. This pool has two bridges that go over the lazy river to the beach area. These make for great photo ops with the sea behind. The entire pool is lit at night with one switch.
• Beach beds and comfortable loungers with tables are situated around the pool.

The villa offers an open and free roaming style of living.  The Palms has over 75 doors that open up onto the Carribean Sea allowing the breezes to dance in and out.  The Palms offers a swim up bar, rooftop terrace bar lounge area.

The Palms has a commercial kitchen with an experienced chef and kitchen staff for service, set up and clean up, a fun bartender, daily housekeeping, and a groundskeeper.
