Our Base Rate, which includes 6 Bedroom Suites of your choice, gives you EXCLUSIVE use of the villa. Complete access to all common areas, second floor relaxation terrace,  third floor panoramic terrace, chef's kitchen, unique lazy river style swimming pool with bar and gorgeous beach.  There are Eight (8) additional suites available for an additional charge, per night if required. Total of 14 potential suites.  Additional suites can be reserved up to 24 hours prior to arrival.

Rate is based on maximum of 2 guests per room.  Additional person or cot in room would be $50/per night.  There are 12 rooms with 1 king bed (oceanfront), 1 room with 2 queen beds (oceanfront) and 1 room with 2 twin beds (gardenview).  We have 2 cribs available for use.  

Dining at The Palms is easy with Gourmet Chef prepared meals and bartender service for up to 8 hours. Sit back, relax and enjoy your vacation.  Choose from 3 packages, or we are happy to customize if you have something different in mind.  The Dining Packages are calculated per night and assume lunch, dinner and breakfast the following morning. Our dining staff includes a chefs, kitchen assistants for serving meals and cleaning up the dining area.  For your enjoyment and safety during your stay, only our staff will have cooking access in the kitchen.

Optional Services:

Pre-Stock Shopping Services - Send us a list of alcohol, mixers or anything not included in your Dining Package and we're happy to shop for you.  Shopping Service is Cost + 25%, minimum of $75 per shopping trip.

Airport transfers - Price at $65/person round trip. Direct from PUJ airport to the villa.  Clean. comfortable, profession and insured.  Air-conditioned transfers.  All transfers must take place arrival and departure day for this rate to apply.

Tours - Get out and explore!  Our Dedicated Excursion team is to help your group enjoy all the country has to offer.  We are happy to pre-arrange prior to your trip, or have a face to face meeting upon arrival for all of your questions.

Massages - Enjoy onsite massages for $50 for a 50 minute massage. 

Yoga - Namaste.  Yoga instructions can be arranged to come directly to the villa.
